We will show you everything from how to operate your garbage disposal and adjust your irrigation system to the location of your water shutoff valve, electrical panel, and other important components. We intentionally set aside plenty of time for this meeting because we want homeowners to feel comfortable, confident, and informed before move in day. No question is too small. In fact, we encourage questions.

For many homeowners, this orientation becomes one of the most valuable parts of the home buying experience because it provides peace of mind and helps eliminate uncertainty.

Learn Your Home’s Systems
