We purchased our first home from Authentic Custom Homes. We have been in it for almost a year now and could not be happier with it! Working with Authentic throughout the buying process was a breeze. Any questions we had were quick to be answered. The walk through with the warranty company prior to purchasing the home was a great experience, we felt good knowing that we were purchasing a good, quality home. We purchased a home that had already been built, and, I must admit, after seeing a lot of Authentic's custom work, I'm a little jealous that we didn't custom build, because everything we have seen has been amazing! The good news is, we are Authentic Custom Home fans for life and if ever we grow out of this first home of ours, we will be looking for them to custom build us something spectacular!

Anyone who knows me will tell you that I'm a worrier and control freak, so going into the home building process was definitely more my husband's idea than mine. Working with Authentic was nothing like what I expected it to be. It was easy and pleasant and we ran into no issues that caused my Type A brain to explode. On the contrary, I was so surprised by how painless everything was. Their communication and tracking app was super helpful, their subcontractors seem very skilled and careful, and, best of all, our house was finished right on schedule. People have always told me that the home building process can really test a marriage. However, building with Authentic did nothing of the sort. I highly recommend the Woods, their company, and awesome employees whenever your family is ready to build your new home.

We are coming up on the three year anniversary of our Authentic Custom Home and words can't express how happy my wife and I have been. This house has been perfect and we have had no issues whatsoever. We will definitely be building another house with Authentic in the next year or so and can't wait to pick out a new plan and start all over. Working with Authentic Custom Homes has been a complete joy!! I can't say how enough about how wonderful they are. From looking at my home, to purchase, and all the walk throughs, etc. I also LOVE that they want to make sure everything is done RIGHT!! They do this on their own! They also work with companies that have the same philosophy so you know you are getting things taken care of and done the right way. You never have to worry about shotty work or rude people! If I had it to do over again - or recommending to a friend - Authentic would definitely be a home builder I would recommend!!

It’s been almost 3 months since we closed on our home so I think it’s time to give them a review....10/10 recommend authentic custom. period.
The most AMAZING people we have ever met and worked with. I got responses to my texts and emails within MINUTES and so much information was given to us during the whole process. We never felt they were hiding things and they put SO much effort in to their homes! I can’t speak for others experiences and it’s so sad to even think that people had a bad one because these people were truly the best people my husband and I have ever met and they made sure we were happy with our home from the jump.
The day before, yes...24 hours before we closed we walked through the house and my husband made a comment about how we were going to have to add some sort of border at the bottom of our fence because our dog likes to find the smallest gap between fences and make her grand escape through them. Well, the day of closing, we did our final walk through and the builders had put a border at the bottom of the fence so our dog couldn’t get through. The day before we closed!!!! We were in awe. We didn’t ask them to do it but they did it anyway.
Anyway...enough of me hyping them! They’re truly amazing and if you’re here reading this, this is a sign to buy through authentic!!!!

Steven and I really love our new home! They were wonderful to work with and the process was amazing from start to finish!

We closed on our beautiful home about 3 months ago! We have LOVED living in it so far. The building process was much less painful than we were expecting, with it being our first build! We were always kept up to date on progress and although things were delayed a little due to COVID, the team kept up in the loop and things moved really smoothly! We have had to contact them for a few little issues after closing and they have been THE BEST at responding quickly (immediately!? Do they sleep? Who knows!) and taking care of us. We feel super blessed to be in our home! Thanks Authentic!
