As a custom home builder, we believe your home should serve you and the life you lead. At Authentic Custom Homes, we build homes that are true to YOUR personality, spirit, and character!
Sparked by their entrepreneurial spirit, Authentic Homes was founded in 2006 by Kenyon and Brandi Woods.
The high school sweethearts worked diligently to save money and venture out into their own business. When they took out their first construction loan and started building, Kenyon was working as a drafter, designing floor plans for other builders, while Brandi worked in physical therapy.
The giant leap of faith that Kenyon and Brandi had taken—believing that they were offering a product that people wanted, with attention to detail that was missing in so many other homes—has allowed Authentic to grow immensely since being founded. "It was really amazing. In a time when housing was doing so poorly, 2008 and 2009, our company was growing," recalls Kenyon. Kenyon and Brandi are proud of Authentic Homes and the homes they are building for customers to enjoy for many years to come! Side by side, they have created a company taking great pride in serving our customers and building beautiful, quality, custom homes.
As their company grows, their main focus continues to be our customers and building their perfect home. With awards like "Best in Houzz" for customer service, among many other awards received over the years, Authentic Custom Homes continues to create some of the happiest homeowners in Oklahoma!

We give you direct access to our team, not only through your salesperson, but also through Buildertrend, our special building software that’s available to everyone in the Authentic Homes’ family.

As a family-operated business, Authentic Homes doesn’t have the huge overhead that plagues many of our competitors. That means, we’re in the position to pass major savings on to our customers and to offer standard features that other builders often can’t afford to offer.
In addition, Kenyon, our owner, spends much of his time on our various job sites, ensuring nothing but the highest level of workmanship in each of our homes. At Authentic Homes, we have built our business on referrals from our loyal and happy homeowners.
