Warranty

The warranty, like the contract, should clearly express the intent of the parties. The limited warranty describes the issues the contractor will be responsible for after substantial completion of the project, and specifies the time period during which the warranty is in force.

Authentic Custom Homes cares about your family and your home. We are dedicated to excellent warranty service and want to solve the problem as soon as possible to eliminate unnecessary stress. If you are experiencing a home emergency, please contact the emergency numbers provided to you at closing in your closing packet, or provided to you by the superintendent or warranty manager. 

Emergency Situations are limited to: complete electrical outages, furnace outages, gas leaks or outages, plumbing leaks that can only be controlled by turning off the home's main shut-off valve, and any other condition that poses an immediate danger to the health or safety of the occupants of the home.
