Our Authentic Custom Home packages are big on value, as well as the finer points that make your new home yours.

You’ll get a choice Sherwin-Williams interior paint package, including a main wall color, a secondary wall color, a stain and paint cabinet color, even a separate paint color for interior trim and doors. And you’ll find hand-textured walls and ceilings, too.

Bathroom highlights include a main shower tiled to the ceiling with curbless walk-in entry, Schluter edges—and a vent light. There’s even a garden tub in the primary bathroom. And it just gets better: a framed vanity mirror per sink, elongated toilets, Delta chrome bathroom faucets, a fully tiled surround in the secondary bath around the tub and tile to the ceiling in the secondary bath.
