Meet Miriam Nida. Miriam is one of ACH’s proud employees. She works as an Authentic Custom Homes New Home Specialist. As you might be able to tell from her title, Miriam has seen her fair share of new homes, and because of this, she knows all about the process. Miriam wanted to build a home that felt tailored to her. Miriam wanted a house that would fit all her needs, and she had a feeling that, if she went out and looked for a pre-built home, then she wouldn’t have everything she wanted. One of the biggest advantages of building a home was knowing that it would be perfect for her.

As Miriam watched her customers build their own homes, she knew it was time to take the leap and customize a house for her and her family. She found a floorplan she liked, but, unfortunately, it wasn’t perfect. There was so much of the home she liked, but it wasn’t perfect, and she wanted to make a few small changes. Luckily for Miriam, she knew that Authentic Custom Homes had no problem amending their plans to fit her needs. She examined the home and found a few things that didn’t quite match her specifications. Then, with the help of Authentic Custom Homes, she was able to customize the floorplan so that it would further line up with her vision. And what a vision it was.

Miriam has a beautiful dog, a Labrador, that she adores. She also keeps her dog indoors, and as a result, she wanted a convenient, hassle-free way to keep her dog clean. So, Miriam built a dog wash inside her house. This had always been a dream of Miriam’s, but it wasn’t one she was sure would be possible. After all, she hadn’t heard of many homes that had a room like this. But with Authentic Custom Homes, even the most original ideas can be achieved. She looked through the floorplan and found a mudroom that she thought she could replace. And ACH said, “No problem.” They easily fixed the room to match Miriam’s suggestion, and now she has a stress-free way to clean her pup.

One of the best things about Miriam’s dog washing room was the fact that it wasn’t an Authentic Custom Homes preset option. This wasn’t anything that the company had seen before, but ACH isn’t a group that’s willing to shy away from a challenge. Miriam presented Authentic Custom Homes with a picture that she had found on the internet, and that was more than enough for them to go on. With nothing more than a picture, they were able to help Miriam build a dream feature for her dream home. Even though Miriam has walked many customers through the home-building process, she was still very surprised with how taken care of she felt throughout the entire process. It was easy to stay in communication with the builders, and they kept her updated along the way. Some of her requests were unique and different, but with Authentic Custom Homes, they weren’t impossible.
