We have a love story in the office of Authentic Custom Homes! 

Sparked by their entrepreneurial spirit, Authentic Homes was founded in 2006 by Kenyon and Brandi Woods.

The two were high school sweethearts who married in 1998. They worked diligently to save money and venture out into their own business. When they took out their first construction loan and started building, Kenyon was working as a drafter, designing floor plans for other builders, while Brandi worked in physical therapy. 

The company started off slowly but, by the third year, Authentic Homes was growing rapidly. The giant leap of faith that Kenyon and Brandi had taken—believing that they were offering a product that people wanted, with attention to detail that was missing in so many other homes—was paying off. "It was really amazing. In a time when housing was doing so poorly, 2008 and 2009, our company was growing," recalls Kenyon. 

Kenyon and Brandi are so proud of Authentic Homes and the services that they are able to offer their customers. They both say it was one of the best decisions they made in their professional careers. Side by side, they have built a very successful and reputable company. Even as their company grows, their main focus continues to be quality and customer service.
