Tastes among our customers vary wildly, and we are sure to keep that at the forefront of our development strategies. So, with that in mind, we have provided our customers with three tiers to choose from to create their perfect ACH home. The first tier is our Club series. It’s filled with a plethora of exciting amenities, including wood-look tile in ALL common areas. You’ll also receive a Sherwin-Williams interior paint package, a beautiful shower with tiling to the ceiling, a Bermuda-sodded yard, enhanced lighting, and more. With other builders, these additions might sold as upgrades, but we feel that everyone deserves this level of quality.

Next is the Signature series, showcasing even more features, including a cabinet hardware, tray ceilings, covered back patios, jetted tub and a fully installed security system. We are so proud of these homes. We recently announced Whistle Creek, a neighborhood belonging to our Signature series, located right in the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma, and we can’t wait for you to see it. We don't have to cancel an appointment, we’re more than happy to host a Zoom meeting if needed. Additionally, if you really want a specific material and our supplier runs out, we have other vendors to source similar options for you so we can complete construction as soon as possible!

We offer many options for your future home, and we understand that all of the variety can be a little overwhelming at first. That's why we have a design appointment scheduled for you at our design center where you will be shown all of the flooring, backsplash, and paint and stain materials in person. If you’d like to browse your other options like faucets and hardware in a more traditional way, then our customers are always encouraged to flip through one of our physical books of design choices. If you’d like to take the book with you or browse it on your phone, then we can send you a PDF as well. This way, you can make decisions on the move or at home, on your own time.  We also utilize our own software that has a customer portal that puts all of our communication and selections in one place. By using this portal, you don’t even have to wait for our approval to make a change in your selections. You can make a change to the selections right there on the portal all by yourself! You can also upload pictures, so if you see a design on Pinterest you really like, send it to the portal, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
