Almost ten years ago, Kenyon and Brandi Woods started Authentic Custom Homes because they wanted to offer homebuyers more options than they were seeing. Switching a garage from one side of the house to another just didn’t feel like “custom” to them. 

Over the past decade, we’ve designed and built custom homes in a wide range of styles: Traditional, Transitional, Craftsman, and Colorado style. With the growing popularity of Modern as a home design style, Kenyon and Brandi expanded our home design portfolio. 

The new Sycamore and Cypress plans are single-story homes that reflect the distinctive lines and details of Modern home design. The Sycamore and Cypress reflect the clean, straight lines and open floor plans of Modern design, and the ample use of windows to bring in natural light. From the distinctive walkways and entries to the interior lighting, doors, and hardware, Kenyon and Brandi collaborated on all the details that make a home decidedly “Modern”. 

The interiors are finished in a combination of cool and warm grays, from the walls to the kitchen backsplashes. With our Co-construct software program, our home buyers can take their custom home design even further. Just take a photo of something you like—in a store, a magazine, someone’s home—post it on your Co-construct page, and we’ll try to match it. 

Three new Modern design homes are now available in our Calm Springs community in Yukon: one Cypress (9120 Arman Drive) and two with the Sycamore plan (9404 NW 91^st Circle and 9124 Arman Drive).
