Authentic Custom Homes was started in 2006. The owners, Kenyon and Brandi Woods, have been married since 1998. They grew up in Chickasha, Oklahoma. They have 2 children and are active in the community. They are a "House of Hope" builder, among other charitable causes, and have donated money and time to the OKC community as well as to their hometown. Kenyon coaches a 4th grade football team and just signed up to coach a 5 and under t-ball team. They both attend LifeChurch. 

About Kenyon: 

Kenyon graduated from UCO in Edmond with a bachelor degree in Business. Prior to that he received his Associates degree from OCCC. Kenyon also attended college in Kansas, where he played football. Kenyon is a Certified Professional Builder, this means that he continues his education yearly, staying on top of new construction techniques, materials and codes. He is the 2016 President of Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association (COHBA), a goal that he has worked toward for 5 years. He has also served as Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Executive Board Member, Board Member, Parade of Homes Chairman, and Parade of Homes Co-Chairman. 

About Brandi: 

Brandi also graduated from UCO in Edmond with a bachelor degree in Science, after first graduating from OCCC with her Associate degree in Physical Therapy. She is a Builder Member of COHBA, is on the Board of Directors, and is currently the Chairman of the Sponsorship Committee. Brandi is the daughter of a builder and spent most of her childhood in her dad's shop at their home. She loved to be by his side as he built every aspect of the home, from the foundation to the final touch-ups. He built the cabinets by hand, adding decorative detail and he put a waterfall in a home that he built in 1983. Talk about forward thinking! Her dad was instrumental in instilling the value of hard work mixed with creativity. 

How Authentic Custom Homes Began.... 

When Kenyon and Brandi could finally afford their first "custom" home, they were handed a set of floorplans to select from. The only change to those plans that could be made was to have the garage on the left or right side of the home. That was not, in their mind, a custom home! They started Authentic Custom Homes several years later, once they could take that giant leap of faith, with the main focus of bringing a true custom home experience to customers who were just like they were...excited to build their home but wanting it to be uniquely their own. The slogan of ACH, "Build an Original," was formed at the beginning, right along with the name of the company, Authentic Custom Homes. They want your home to be Authentic, not like every one else's. To them, every house should be as special as the family that makes it their home. And that is why this company exists! To give you to ability to have an Authentic home! 

Kenyon and Brandi Woods, owners of Authentic Custom Homes based in Oklahoma City (OKC), aren’t just dedicated; they’re passionate about designing and creating unique and desirable homes. They take tremendous care in their company and the homes they build.
