Authentic Custom Homes has won six awards at the 2019 Parade of Homes Fall Classic! We unveiled three new homes on September 14 at the event. This is Authentic’s 11th year participating in the Parade, and we have won dozens of awards throughout the years.

Talavera Home

Our first featured home Talavera in Oklahoma City has a dramatic vaulted porch and exterior cedar accents. This house is 1,824 square feet, and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our second home is in Edmond’s gated Chateaus at Rose Lake community. This home won first place for Best Floor Plan and second place for Best Curb Appeal in the 2019 Parade.

The 1,891 square-foot home has a modern farmhouse design, and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The elegant kitchen includes quartz countertops and floor-to-ceiling cabinets with glass inserts, as well as a spacious center island. This level of luxury extends throughout the house. Porches at Ponderosa Home

This Craftsman-style house is slightly larger with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The kitchen in this open floor plan opens to the living room, where extra cabinets provide room for a buffet when entertaining. A bonus room and half bathroom upstairs add additional space to this home.
